Meet our staff

  • My name is Jody Spears.  I am co-owner of A+ Licensed Tutor.

  • I have taught grades 6-9 but most of my time has been in 7th and 8th grade.

  • My favorite part about tutoring is working with a student one-on-one where I can plan for their unique learning style.  Then, watching as the smile lights up their face when they really start understanding a concept.  I also enjoy watching their progress through the year and their confidence grow.
